Peace is one of the most frequently invoked yet least understood concepts in global discourse. Is peace simply the absence of war, or does it represent something deeper? This project asks what peace truly is—whether it exists as an objective reality, a social construct, or a temporary equilibrium in the flux of human affairs.

Are human rights inherent, or do they arise from legal, social, and political agreements? This project examines the foundations of rights—whether they exist independently of human beliefs or are products of social consensus. In questioning the origins of rights, we confront fundamental assumptions about justice, dignity, and power.

Security is a fundamental yet contested concept that shapes societies worldwide. Is security only about military strength and borders, or does it include economic stability, environmental safety, and community resilience? This project critically examines the multiple dimensions of security and explores how redefining “security” can inform better policy, promote justice, and foster sustainable peace.
